In 2014, after an 11 year old engagement with theatre, film, musical performance and modeling, I set out to explore the Art of Acting globally and distill the Actor of my own out of the whole acquired experience.

Starting from my native Greece, the birth place of the theatrical Idea, I completed my core training around the codes of ancient Tragedy and my first thorough interaction with the global classical repertoire at Theodoros Terzopoulos’ ATTIS theatre and Tehnourgeio Theatre Institute.

Following my inherent tendency for physical performance and wanting to apply my craft to modern dramaturgy, I visited Poland, where I delved into the foundations of Physical Theatre and body Biomechanics at the Grotowski Institute in Wroclaw, and Russia, where I focused on the study of Rhythm and the acting Method that Yevgeny Vakhtangov introduced at the Boris Shukin Theatre School in Moscow.

Learning Russian in order to attend classes was a demanding task. Ultimately, I ended up with a new language at a conversational level of fluency along with my fluent English and proficient French – which was of important help throughout my Performance training at Jan Fabre’s Troubleyn Studio in Belgium.

In 2020 I graduated from the Professional Conservatory of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City. In addition to that, I specialized at On Camera acting under the guidance of Ron Burrus, P.C. MacKenzie and Todd Thaler at the collaborating Art of Acting Studio in Los Angeles, where I am currently based.

Since today, I’ve participated in more than 30 theatre performances, feature and short films, modeling runways and print campaigns. My greatest aspiration is to continue exploring human characters and feelings and tell their stories on a stage, record them on film, dance them out of my body or reveal them through a pose on a still image.

Besides my acting journey, I also hold an MSc in Chemical Engineering. Moreover, as a competitive triathlete, I’ve completed more than 25 marathons, cycling brevets, open water and triathlon races including Ironman 140.6. As a dancer, I completed the Graham Technique course in New York City and got acquainted with Limόn and the Lucid Body Methods. Training in artistic gymnastics since 2012, I’ve participated in 4 circus acrobatic performances. My deep admiration for marine life led me to acquire my professional SCUBA Divemaster license in 2014 and became one of my favorite free time activities since then.
